Join the Keene Family YMCA for their 2nd Annual Indoor Triathlon on Saturday, February 8th from 8a0-Noon. Come Swim, Bike & Run!

The event will be set up in waves starting in the pool for a 10-minute swim, followed by 30-minute bike on one of our Spin bikes, and ending with a 20-minute treadmill run or walk.

Distances will determine placement. This event is for athletes ages 11+.
