Monadnock Kitty Rescue and Adoption was founded in 2002 to help stray, abandoned and feral cats and kittens. We currently have about 100 cats and kitten in house, most residing in our feral sanctuary. We are a non-profit, no kill rescue. If a cat can't be adopted he/she may live in the sanctuary for life. This year we are hoping to build catios for those cats that do reside with us for their life. We hope that this will enhance their current lifestyle by allowing them safe access to the outdoors. The rescue is run solely by volunteers and donations. At this time we are still allowing adoptions but only accepting one adoptive family in at a time and disinfecting in between visits.
