Berta Derby is a youth fishing derby that was founded with its main purpose to instigate the love of fishing and the outdoors in young minds.

This Youth Fishing Derby is for kids 15 and under and will happen on Saturday, May 25th at the Troy Recreation at Samuel E. Paul Community Center.

Registration at 7am; Poles in the water at 9am; Poles out at 11am, prizes & food to follow.

We lost a great soul Miss Roberta Guyette and that is what she was all about. Getting outside, fishing and she was always the first to lead with kindness. In her honor we want to give back.

Berta Fest 2024 will help to raise funds to make sure everyone leaves with a smile. The money will be used to help stock the pond with fish and prizes for the winners!
