Gathering Waters Chartered Public School in Keene will host its 4th annual Winter Craft Fair on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 22nd and 23rd, at their Lower School, 98 South Lincoln St. Friday’s fair is adults-only from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday’s fair welcomes all ages from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Enjoy a variety of local artisan vendors, live music, and delicious food. Kids can enjoy a puppet show, gnome forest, make-and-take crafts, and more! Proceeds support Waldorf-based education at Gathering Waters. Visit their Facebook event page for more details.

The fair will feature local artisan and craft vendors, including fiber, wood, leather, pottery, fine arts, candles, herbal products, jewelry, photography, and Waldorf-inspired crafts and toys, as well as raffle baskets, baked goods, and live music.

Saturday will feature a children’s store, puppet show, and gnome forest walk. Make-and-take crafts include a moss garden ($5), jump rope making ($5), as well as window transparencies, bracelets, card designing, and candle decorating ($3 each or all for $10). School mascot Ollie the Otter will be in the photo booth; photos are $2 each. All children’s activities are cash only.

The cafe will serve up mac & cheese, two types of chili, sweet potatoes, and locally baked bread, with cider, coffee, and tea available.

Gathering Waters offers students a Waldorf-based education, enabling them to explore the surrounding world and cultivate a lifelong love of learning, a sense of community responsibility, and an understanding of environmental sustainability.
