When September 20, 2024 - September 21, 2024 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Add To Calendar Download ICS Google Calendar iCalendar Office 365 Outlook Live Join thousands of volunteers across New England to clean up the Connecticut River and its tributaries on Friday, September 20th and Saturday, September 21st from 9am to 1pm as part of the 28th annual Connecticut River Conservancy’s Source to Sea Cleanup, a four-state community event to clean our rivers. Volunteers are needed! Please register ahead of time here! Online registration is preferred. Cleanup crews will work on Friday, September 20th and Saturday, September 21st from 9:00am-1:00pm at multiple sites in Keene, and on Saturday, September 20th from 9:00am-1:00pm in Swanzey. Sites include on-foot and boating locations in the two towns. Volunteers should only be using small boats such as kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats, due to limited space. Volunteers do not require a boat but are encouraged to bring life jackets if available. Trash bags and gloves will be provided to all volunteers, and a limited number of t-shirts for volunteers will be available!
