The Winter Solstice is a time of deep reflection and introspection. A time of celebrating the return of the light, while also embracing the darkness, for we cannot have one without the other. Join together in community and ground yourself in the vibration of Mother Earth, tune into what you want to cultivate in your life, and acknowledge what needs to be transformed, without judgement. Program will include hot tea, guided meditation, reiki energy healing, and a welcoming, judgement-free space. Led by Sam Bator, Education Director of Stonewall Farm and Reiki Practitioner.

When: Saturday, December 21st at 5:30 PM (will run approximately 1.5 – 2 hours)

Where: Stonewall Farm, 242 Chesterfield Rd, Keene, NH. In the Learning Center, first floor (same building as the Farm Store)

Cost: by donation and includes hot tea, guided meditation, reiki energy healing, and a welcoming, judgement-free space

What to bring: meditation chair or blanket, notebook, and writing utensil

Sam is the Education Director at Stonewall Farm, and a Reiki Practitioner. She finds great joy in helping others connect with the natural world and their own unique vibration.
