16th Annual Black New England Conference happens October 21 and 22 at Southern New Hampshire University (in person or virtual)

The Conference will examine institutional practices that supported barriers to wealth for African Americans and it will celebrate the success stories of both individuals and institutions that serve as beacons of hope for current generations.

Special guests include Dr. Ibram X Kendi, director of anti-racist research at BU and author of Stamped from the Beginning: The Definitive History of Racist Ideas in America; and Dr. Richard Rothstein, Distinguished Fellow of the Economic Policy Institute and author of The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America.
