Granite Lecture and Film Series Presents 1950s and 1960s 8mm Films shows at the Vermont Granite Museum in Barre on Thursday, September 21st at 6pm.

The Vermont Granite Museum has over a dozen 8mm films from the Rock of Ages Corporation, and a few of these were shown earlier this season. Join the museum for the premiere of another series of films in this collection featuring many day-to-day quarry operations.  Portions of the Barre Granite Association’s 1959 summer outing for local monument dealers will also be presented.
