Monadnock Habitat for Humanity (MHFH) is pleased to announce a first of its kind ReStore Day on Saturday, July 9th from 11:30am-4pm at The Home Depot in Keene.
ReStore Day is a one-day fundraiser for a new home build in Stoddard which will break ground later in 2022 or early 2023.
ReStore Day will follow the concept of Habitat Restore locations throughout the country. We are asking for donations of items such as building materials, tools, home goods (dishes, framed artwork, decorative items, furniture, cabinets, sinks, and other new or lightly used items. We cannot accept mattresses, paints, or stains. All items must be in very good condition.
Please drop off your items at the Home Depot parking lot starting at 6:30 am on Saturday, July 9. The sale will begin at 11:30 and go until 4 pm. If you have an item to donate, but cannot drop off, please call us at 603-903-3313 to arrange pick-up.
This is the first of many ongoing development events and projects to raise money for future Habitat home builds. Monadnock Habitat is in need of “Extra Hands” as volunteers on committees, to help during events, and many other needs. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact mshart2@gmail.com or call 603-258-0090
With the help of many, may we join with each other in our shared vision and spirit of building homes together.
We hope you will consider dropping off a donation to ReStore Day on July 9!
