The Brattleboro area’s local orchestra, Windham Philharmonic, plays Bach and Brahms on a Monday evening. Selections from J.S. Bach’s The Art of the Fugue, arranged by Hugh Keelan for chamber orchestra, begin the program. Brahms Serenade No. 2 and an arrangement of Brahms’s Es ist ein Rose entsprungen round out the hour-long concert.
